Scarlet Mitchell
Founder & Creative Director
Scarlet is the heart and creative lead of Heirloom. She guides each event from vision to execution—working closely with clients to shape the look, feel, and flow of their celebration.
With a background in event coordination and logistics, Scarlet brings a rare balance of creativity and clarity. She has an intuitive understanding of people and moments—what puts guests at ease, what makes an experience feel elevated, and how details come together effortlessly. From the first conversation to the final photo, Scarlet leads the experience with intention, warmth, and thoughtful design.
Cameron Mitchell
Co-Founder & Operations Lead
Cameron works behind the scenes to support and execute Heirloom’s creative vision. He focuses on the technical, logistical, and build-side elements that ensure every event runs smoothly and reliably.
From equipment setup and system checks to custom builds, props, and on-site flow, Cameron handles the details that guests never have to think about.
